VENDOR APPLICATION

 

All 3rd Sundays at Front Street vendors must complete a vendor application in order to have booth space at the market. The vendor application can be completed using Adobe Acrobat Reader, signed electronically* and

e-mailed to 3rd Sundays at Front Street. The application can also be printed, signed and mailed to 3rd Sundays at Front Street.

FOOD VENDORS:

Anyone preparing or handling food on site, please contact Public Health Dayton & Montgomery County 937-225-4460 as you may need a Food Service License.  Our website is: www.phdmc.org

 

MARKET RULES AND POLICIES FOR VENDORS

The "2019 Vendors Rules and Policies" have been created to help assure a quality market experience for all participants—vendors and shoppers. Please read the "2019 Vendor Rules and Policies" and indicate that you have done so when completing your application.

 

2019 VENDOR PRICING AND DEADLINES

Pricing for individual market 10' x 10' booth space:

• Full Season Vendor Pass* @ $20/market = $100/booth (save $20)

• Booth spaced reserved before 5 PM of the Friday before market = $20/booth

• Booth spaced reserved after 5 PM Friday and Walk-ups = $25/booth

• Food trucks, by invitation =  $30/market

• Information booths for non-profits, churches, government agencies, etc., are typically free, please contact Richard at Front St. for more information.

*Full Season Vendor Pass is available through 6 PM, Friday May 17.

VENDOR SIGN-UP 

Vendors sign up and pay for booth space using using the *SIGN-UP button below. This is the preferred method of booth sign up. 

 

Cash or checks are also accepted. Checks should be made payable to The Front Street Building Company.
